If you can be a little more specific, I might be able to help you reset it to factory settings.

Have you put a bunch of numbers and such into it yet?
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

If you take out the battery, it will have a sticker telling you the model. It is also possible that will fix your problem. If not, I'll look it up after I eat.

i've only owned two. and i've only owned one that wasn't a prepaid jobbie. and i used the prepaid jobbie as a flashlight more than i used it as a phone.

so anyway, yeah. you should just throw that damn thing against a wall really hard and that will fix it. nod

Here you go:

http://ars.samsung.com/cu...ID=7437958

Be warned, you will lose anything you have input already unless that phone has Mobile Sync enabled. I am not familiar with that model, but if you can log in to www.sprint.com and your contacts are with your account, it will send them back to your phone.

This might be helpful as a resource as well:
