i know what is going to happen: i am going to go out and then when i come home still trippin', i will watch this show on TV real early in the morning and freak out when i hear my own voice.

I've only seen a handful of clips, but from what I've seen I LOVE THIS SHOW! Some coworkers of mine are obssessed with it.

hahaha, i don't rehearse in the bathroom, it all is done very quickly in the studio. i come in, sit in the booth, engineer and director on the other side of the glass, i watch the take i am dubbing, i read the lines in the script, next take is recording (keeping an eye on the time code), and if a second take is necessary we do that. sometimes a bit of computer editing too.

the sessions are four hours and usually i am dead after it, because you have to stay so very focused.

the hardest thing (apart from timing, and you have to breath "on command" too to with all these timecodes) is staying in character and the acting itself, otherwise the robot will never "come alive".

i love my job.

i'll ask the technician if he can provide me with a little clip for all of you guys. thanks for the sweet replies here.
