The first time Buffy sees him walk out into the sun Then when they have a minute or so of time left before she forgets and the day restarts and she's saying "I'LL NEVER FORGET!" And then she forgets. That episode was very sad indeed. It was extremely sad. I just watched it again after all this time and it still makes me cry! --»You're my favourite moment, you're my Saturday...

The film A.I. BREAKS my heart.... his search and long wait to find his Mum, and at the end when the little 'boy' is given a special last day to spend with his Mummy - I can't even type it without filling up!

i think part of it is that the little boy reminds me so much of myself when i was little - being a latch-key kid, having a single parent, being in a world where i had to entertain myself most of the time so i developed an overactive imagination and a love of robots and comics and all that crazy boy stuff that i still haven't grown out of. i think the other part of it is just how sweet and innocent the robot is, and how it has no idea how powerful it is until the boy has to say "you are not a gun". oh no, i'm tearing up just writing that! it's just the sweetest movie ever and it touches on a lot of things that mean something to me. I teared up just reading that.... thinking of my boys in the world. "not a fan" yeah...ok

The first time I heard this song was on the Finale to Six Feet Under.
I fell in love at that moment...bawled my eyes out watching the show and I still cry every time I listen to this song. Breathe Me ~ Sia

I love being reminded that there is still kindness in this world, and I love the look of relief that washes over the parent's faces!! I cry every time I watch that show. Especially last night's episode. That family was so damn deserving, I can't even stand it. I also recently watched the entirety of My So-Called Life. Every single episode had me crying for one reason or another. Jordan Catalano is such an asshole, and I basically dated him in high school. And Brian Crackow always losing the girl. Bridge Over Troubled Water always makes me tear up. It's just such a beautiful song. Oh - and one no one will get. Sinead O'Conner's Daddy I'm Fine makes me cry. I'm not exactly sure why. Maybe cause I always see a bit of myself in that song, I dropped out of college, decided to go out and have fun, can't see getting married, blah blah blah and yet wanting to assure my parents that despite not following the "normal" path, I'm doing OK. I'm fine. ugh! you guys are making me cry today... something about kids wanting their parents to be proud of them or just be accepting ....ugh! touching "not a fan" yeah...ok

JuliePurplehead said: yes I was going to post that. when shelby dies and is lying there all day and her baby is crying, I have a fit everytime. I don't watch dances with wolves anymore because of the scene where they kill the animals, the first time I saw it in the theater people, including myself were sobbing so loud we couldn't hear the dialogue. when angel dies in rent... does anyone remember that faith hill commercial where she calls her daddy and says she's not coming home for the holiday and then her daddy is so happy when she gets there the song behind the couch, it's a country song about a little girl who watches her parents die. We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color. Maya Angelou

i know. i can't ever watch that commercial with out blubbering like a fool. I'm the same way. When this commercial comes on, I press the mute button and look the other way. I can't bear to watch it, it's just too damn depressing! And the fact that they play the Sarah McLaughlin song, "Arms of the Angels" just makes it even more sad. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
