I can't do cereal. It makes me hungrier in the morning. I have to have protein fat and fiber. Basically, turkey bacon, light cream cheese, and an english muffin. Been my breakfast for like months now.

If I have a bowl of cereal, I'm so way hungry...then I eat the whole box, feel disgusted, end up in therapy, develop a new hobby to cope, it's a mess lol

is that like biscuit fragment cereal? we don't have that in the states. not readily available, anyway.

all i had in the pantry this morning was cinnamon life. it's really yummy for the first 60 seconds, then it sogs into an oaty sweet glop. pout

It's acutally whole wheat and barley fused in blocks (instead of flakes), good for health, it contains more fibres and less sugars and fats than special K for example.

I liked to have them milk free when I was a kid, but I also recommend to dip them one second. If you do it longer it turns to porridge (depends if you like it or not).

I really thought u had these in the US...

These were the best, weren't they? There was the other cereal that tasted just like it, too. It had a bear as a mascot. Now I can't remember what it was called. Anyway, yeah...Sugar Smacks were great.

i always thought that bear was a big stoner. shrug

That should be "Super Sugar Crisp". I hated it when they changed the name, but I can understand why they did. lol
