I edited it. So they took the dogs off the menu and have now rounded up all the cats...

[Edited 8/10/08 18:05pm] dog, cat and other animals are a part of their diet and has been so for years. If you go just go to 4 star hotels or restaurants. Don't eat from street vendors. After reading that article, what an excuse to control the cat population. Paranoia

id say the 'rescued' cat is a prime reason to get rid of a portion of the population of the cats.
