Later, he interviewed with Jane Pauley, around 1995... the one with him and Lisa-Marie Presley... again, no mention of avoiding mirrors.

His eyes look so full of sadness, bless his heart.

It looks to me as if he's having his nose fattened as it looks bigger now than it has done in ages so i guess the tape is to hide recent surgical scars.

He still makes damn fine music tho',

Adding fuel to the fire. I remember reading somewhere a few years ago that MJ nose had actually died. Like it was able to regain blood supply and had (what's the term?)

Anyway, they said that's when he started to where the mask because his nose had turned black and the tissue was dying.

I think 1. His first surgeries weren't done by someone who's familiar with black skin. Blacks, Hispancis, Jews etc. can have a condition called Keloids. Which is an over production of scar tissue resulting in a lot of scaring.

2. I think the problem came when someone tried to correct a very bad nose job.

3. Some people will do anything for money, even though they know they shouldn't do it.

4. Money will buy you exactly what you "think" you want.


I feel for Michael and this picture is pretty bad. However, he still doesn't look as bad as that Cat Lady. I can't remember her name either, but that's also a result of items 3 & 4.

Looks to me like he has had his nose widened if anything.Perhaps he's trying to mask some new scarring.I do fear there's a big danger he may lose the blood supply to it if he continues on this destructive path, if that happens he'll lose it like a frostbite victim.

He had the eye liner thing done in 1985 prior to Captain Eo. I don't know about the lip but its obvious that he had work done in their area as well.

It's just so tragic, and like I said before the trauma he experienced as a childstar in a dysfunctional showbiz family, has made him the person he is today...yet no one could stop him from doing this shit to himself.

I know why alot of us are angry/upset/make jokes at Michael? it because we hate to see a gifted brother with the world at his feet fuck up! If Prince had done something like this we'd be reacting the same way.

As far as I know, his nose has a prosthetic tip, when he doesn't feel like wearing it, or doesn't have to, he wears those face masks.

I heard about that, and Michael has been wearing band aids on his face and fingers since the BAD tour. I thought Nelly had started this tread....but nope I got a pic of him wearing a band aid on his face. I also read about event which got MJ into having surgery in the first place. I heard that after a row with Joseph during the Destiny tour in the late 70s Joe broke his nose. If u want to know what a complete bastard Joseph was and still is (did u kwow that none of the Jackson siblings are alllowed to call him dad...yet his bastard child can!) read The Magic and the Madness, and Sequin and Shades...2 of the best warts and all books about Michael Jackson.....it makes Marvin Gaye's childhood look like a picnic.

In all honesty, the textures around the nose, and the "facial hair" don't look real at all...they look created...so I don't buy it. That image looks altered.

regardless of whether this picture is real or not, it scared the piss out of me when i saw him on mtv recently recieving that "award"... at that moment i vowed to never make fun of the way he looks ever again... i felt sadness for the guy... although he is the one who asked for all of the surgeries, i don't think he ever realized that it would come to this... it's just too much...

The same thing happened with Elvis and his drug and weight problem which killed him in 1977...noone could say NO to him because he was a star who had money. So instead of helping him stop his destructive ways, they gave into his demands. With Michael its plastic surgery and with Jim Morrison it was alcohol!

The photo is real, there are plenty of others showing the same disfigurements.

The tape over his nose looks horrible, everything else looks like it did 4 years now. He always had the big-eye-look and the 'swollen' lip, however, ageing isn't doing much good 2 him and his previous surguries. The beard is real though, he had it from time to time the past years. At least i'm glad the botox seems 2 b wearing of, and he's again capable of some facial xpression.

That's gruesome. Just proves, never mess with what the Creator gave you. If you don't like your boobs, penis, nose, wrinkles, or whatever, hell deal with it and find something else to occupy your mental thoughts. The long term consequenes far outweight the short term benefits.

I feel sorry for him that he would have to go to that extreme in order to hide from himself. Let this be a lesson learned. Damn! and he was a perfectly fine Black brother with a pretty smile until he start trying to be a Creator.
