I've used Mitchum. Didn't work worth a damn, for me. Plus, their new formulation doesn't have wax in it...so the stick starts falling apart in little rubbery clumps almost immediately. Don't waste your money.

Hence, the mass variety of products that are available, as anyone who's stood in the aisle of the deodorant section of any store. One thing don't work for everybody.

Personally, I found it insulting that these "new types" of deodorants have come out addressing people's issues yet they charge so much for them, and here's this product that has the exact same ingredients in the exact same amounts yet are charging less. And it does no animal testing whatsoever. Which is probably the main reason so many other people from all over have given this one rave reviews.

I had problems with the new formula too, it was a disaster for me. It gave me an awful rash. It had an ingredient that it took me a while to figure out I was allegic to, not the wax. So I stopped using it, and switched to another formula which most stores don't stock, but I found one store that does, so now it's all good for me. Thanks goodness for variety.

So, by the way, which product do you use?

Believe it or not, it's a really cheap brand - Suave, maybe?

I just look for the highest percentage of active ingredient. Interestingly enough, a lot of the pricier brands and "clinical strength formulas" actually have less than the cheap stuff.

eek Double post? lol Really weird.

thumbs up! That's "cool" and great if it's working for you. Some of them folks that can get away with rubbing rose petals under they're arms irk me. confused wink j/k ( I have a cousin like that)

You wouldn't believe how much time I've spent in aisles reading these labels, cause I heard this from this person, that from another. I've been doing my research, still am actually.

AXE : Dark Temptation

OMG That ad was hilarious and if that is a real scent available in the USA I'd have to try it...

and I must admit, that AXE stuff kinda works... I've received compliments on the "cologne" I'm wearing even though it's just the Deo... weird...

I use that scent and get compliments too biggrin

Toms of Maine gave me a rash confused

I use this, and amazingly it works, but only for San Francisco summers! I wouldn't use it in Palm Springs.

For hot/busy days I guess I'd use this:

I'm sayin, that is basically the message you give when you wear Right Guard.
