It's true, there have been several occassions when I have passed her outside while she was walking her dog, and I heard her speaking Spanish to it. Other neighbors in this building have noticed this as well. I always knew that the woman downstairs was a wacko bitch, but this just confirms it. She's a real piece of work, lemme tell ya! No wonder her husband left her for some other woman!

I used to talk Spanish to my dog all the time. And, he obeyed.

Because I don't find this odd at all. My parents speak Spanish to their dog. (but my family is also of Latin descent)
