I get a big bag of pepperjack cheese cubes from Sam's every few weeks. It IS the best cheese. EVER! thumbs up!

Make that cheese cake for the holidays. You will be the favorite! I also make them as gifts for folks. A little cheaper than buying gifts. smile

Oh and thanks for that banana pudding recipe! I made that recipe and yeah, I am ALMOST at Grandma status with the pudding! wink

I'm totally jealous. I love cheesecake, myself. That's like my favorite dessert (But it's also dangerous for this big guy's figure.).

I totally feel you on that. He's slim and I'm a thick in the waist. If I want to have some I'll make it with reduced fat cream cheese and fat free sour cream, egg whites, and splenda sugar blend. NEVER just splenda. GROSS!

I also experimented last night and used fat free plain yogurt instead of sour cream and the consistency came out great. I like for my cheesecakes to be a little "wet" so the yogurt had more water in it and made for a very creamy cheesecake.

Yeah....I'm so Holly Housewife you can't imagine. Seriously. He's so hooked, he can't go anywhere. He so has no choice.

and did you ever make that chocolate Flan? It's a mess-maker but I like it since I am little tired of bread pudding and the reg. style custard flan I cook on the regular.
