the evil estate agents have mostly priced out most of NZ for buying a house
the ironic thing is most have no idea what gentrifacation means alot of estate agencies are now going bust.... which most people think is a case of"the chickens coming home to roost" the boom is over and now they are paying the price for their greed 2 years ago- a house worth 180000-would go for 600000..... | |

I do agree with u that prices have got out of hand and out of alot of peoples reach ....and that right now it's a quiet market. | |
