WHAT DOES

hmmm say $250,000 , $500,000 and 1 Million buy you in the way of a house in ur city? ...I'm curious to see which country has the best value for money mr.green

On the Gold Coast ...this is your average $250,000
(actually $250,000 won't really get u a house ..it may get u a cheap duplex(1 of 2)

This would be an average $500,000 home:

And this would be your average million dollar home (which is actually about the start price for a waterfront home) ....Money doesn't go far these days

I don't know why, but when I searched the ones that were for about $1,000,000 didn't have photos of the exterior hmmm hmm

Our house is appraised at 275,000$ ( 6 yrs ago ) may be higher now becuse we were gifted 3 more acres since then - so we have like 6.5 acres and the house

you have seen pix of it

I am unable at this time to find pix of houses for other values
