Is "Cool" the only slang word that will not die? (as. in. get. old.)

"Cool" has been around since how long?

we know jazz artist's said cool, so whats that? 30's earliest?

other colloquialisms become dated..

for ex: no one says "hip" anymore...or at least not enough people to where a young child won't do a double take once heard..

ya follow?

...when will it be un-cool to be "cool"?

Oh God, there is this dude at work who always uses terms like "kool" in his emails to me. Every time I read it I wanna punch the computer monitor. He's like married with kids and shit.

Yuck.

hmmm well, we all are on one accord as far as understanding what it means, so I guess we are, we just haven't realized yet. At that point it'll be all well...cool.

for me? idk, the "end" sounds so final. I'm feeling hopeful right now, so I prefer the possibility of the infinite. Besides I hadn't thought that deeply about it.

Cool will never be uncool.
It will be uncool to spell with a k but the word is timeless.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.
