around 5-6 am depending - when I go to bed around 12 am

sometimes I stay up til 4 am and sleep til 10 am

and I could sleep for hours if I let myself I usually set an alarm for around 7.30am-ish unless I need to be up even earlier

I think it's because that's when my body wakes me up - not sure why it does that

Michael leaves for work around 6:30 am - I like to make him coffee and such and enjoy the quiet mornings
During the school yr the teens ( now only Jess ) leave at 7:30 for school
I have always been a night owl mixed with an early bird

I do not require much sleep I guess

Depends what is going on if it is a work day anything from 5am to 7.30am
If it is a weekend maybe 8-9
If we are off racing usually about 4am

Last friday we went out and had a ton of fun and didnt get to sleep till about 3.30am, slept in till 10 it was wonderful

As of October I'll have to wake up around 6 (maybe 5.30) that's gonna be hard in the first few weeks.

I've been known to go to bed between 3 and 4 am but I can't handle it anymore. I try between 12 and 1 am now ... yesterday I was called into the office for a network down situation and I went to bed around 5am, I was back in the office @ 10am. I could lay my head on my desk and sleep right now

When jess was small she was a 5 am waker though those were the days that Michael got up at 4 to be to work by 4:30 am and work 12 hr days so I was up already. He worked that shift for several yrs
