Sexiest male hero these days is Walter Langowski/Sasquatch, I think. In the latest iteration of Alpha Flight, they've made him a big, hunky dude with an endearing geeky side. He used to be a standard lab coat-wearing nerd. Marvel is even drawing him in the Sasquatch form with more appealing musculature and proportions where he used to be a ridiculous horizontal wall of orange fur...
