My poor grandma... she went in to have an operation on her kidney and they were preparing her to remove her leg... my uncle came in just in time and questioned them as to why they were doing what they were doing. It was a pretty good day, overall. Yesterday was horrible. While walking down the street to the boardwalk to take photos for my app at 6:30 p.m., I was surrounded by a group of drunk guys. They threatened to kill me when I didn't acknowledge their sexual advances and made an extremely racist comment towards me. This is the first time in my life I've ever had this happen to me. today i got up and fed the ducks...logged onto the org and looked at boob's profile pic... had breakfast(avacado on toast) ... quick look at boob's profile pic... dived in the pool for a refreshing swim... peek at boob's profile pic... started a couple of stupid threads... few stupid posts... a good 20 minute session of starin' at boob's profile pic... client arrived so i worked for an hour and a half...did some mixing.. played some sexy blooos while casually stealing glances of boob's profile pic... took the ducks for a walk and a sauna... more dumbass posts...quick squiz at a certain profile pic...that's where i'm up to...such a full day and it's only 1.42pm here!

I second this advice. I am a very anxious person and clench my teeth in my sleep. It causes my jaw to crack and pop when I chew, and some days my jaw joints very, very badly. I saw a doctor about this and he told me that gum chewing and eating hard or very crunchy food will aggravate the problem so to avoid them both if possible. I had to have a special mouthguard made to wear at night because not only does clenching your teeth all night cause jaw problems, it can also be very hard on your teeth, especially if you grind your teeth along with clenching. I was also told that sometimes people are even prescribed muscle relaxants of the clenching is *really* bad. Hope your problem gets straightened out soon, Carrie. I know how painful it can be! | |
