What the hell. This showdown is impossible to ignore any longer. It's just that ridiculous.

For those who do not know, Judge Halverson was recently expelled from court for bringing with her two personal security guards bypassing the regular courthouse security. Her reasons for this is that she didn't trust the part-time guards appointed since her previous was fired.

She's also being accused of falling asleep and all manner of unprofessional behavior. She's catching hell for firing her clerk after GOING through her clerk's persona emails.

But does Halverson just throw her hands down and give up? Hell to the NAW. That bitch fired back!

She's now accused her clerk of fixing traffic tickets--not parking tickets mind you---actual moving violations.

Apparently a 2 inch thick file of traffic tickets were being kept by her clerk, Ileen Spoor, which contained tickets of her friends and relatives in the district.



What I want to know is....

1) The Judge is obvious morbidly obese. At least 350 + pounds---that bitch uses a fat-cart to get around for crying out loud. Not that there's anything wrong with that---but her falling asleep at the stand and while on duty could indicate severe sleep apnea which obese folks are known to get. Should a judge be sitting on the bench if she has this condition anyway? (Yeah, I know this could get the thread locked or at the very least dig up old wounds between folks).

2) Ileen, Ileen, Ileen---What the fuck? Your friends and family in your district have traffic violations that are 2 inches thick????!!!??? 2 inches thick???? Girl, move to England and use public transport. What the hell?

3) And the security guard who was previously fired used to rub Halverson's feet while she was on the bench by the way. What's that all about?

Jordan was Halverson’s bailiff from January to April 2007. During that time, he says, she asked him to spy on court personnel. Halverson thought there were cameras around the courthouse monitoring her moves and wanted to know what others were saying about her. Jordan recounted how he had to change her shoes daily and even massage her feet when they would swell. He had to massage her neck and heat up her lunch. The microwave was in the bathroom and he would have to go in there right after she used it. He said she napped daily both in the courtroom and in chambers. In chambers, he would have to put a pillow under her head and cover her with a blanket then guard the door to make sure no one disturbed her.


Jordan choked up at the end of his direct examination when asked how working for him made him feel. His teary response escalated to yelling. He said it made him feel like a “house (expletive).” Fighting the tears, Jordan jumped out of his chair and said: “It’s not right. What does it say about America? What does it say about our President? If you allow her to stay in office, what does it say about you?” Jordan sat down and hung his head. The commissioners took a break before cross examination.
