Why do you care about teeth on other people?

Is this an American thing? Iam from the UK, and I know England has a terible reputation for bad teeth (that simpsons "big book of british smiles" or whatever LOL), but I never really hear any girl say to me "wow, he has nice teeth" etc.., but I get the feeling Americans really do place good teeth quite high on their turn ons? Are other countries like this aswell? Are most Americans like this?

Who care about how white or perfect your teeth are LOL? I know I dont much, and I cant be fucked to get them whitened at the mo' either. I may have to soon though, as even I notice how rancid the yellow looks on them (damn tea).

So yes, I have crappy looking teeth, but nobody has ever said "ewww, your teeth are horrible"

I bet in America some people would cringe LOL

Perhaps most people don't consciously check out a person's teeth when they meet them, but straight, white choppers certainly contribute to the mind's perception that a person is good-looking.

in fact if you are in the 30 and under bracket we also think what shitty parents you must have for them to not have fixed your teeth.

fucked grill can make or break a job interview.

See, completely different mindset to me. Again, Iam from England, and whilst I cant speak for it, I swear most of us dont really give a shit.

Teeth in general are just sorta there to me. Sure, slightly goofy teeth can be quite endearing or whatever, but I rarely pay attention to such things.

not only does it factor into wether a person is good looking, but also healthy - of a good pedigree - has ate a good diet, their genetic linage and what their ancestors ate and how they groomed themselves.

..Iam sure the only reason why my teeth are yellow is becaue of all the tea I drink. Thats it. Doesn't need to go no deeper then that.

i always say that if you're going to have teeth, they should be located in your mouth.

Fauxie

I have wonky teeth, with one of my main two top teeth sticking out a bit and protruding down further than the other one (it didn't come down initially - had an operation to cut my gum and bring it down when I was about 11). I even have one where about a third of it broke off when I bit into some cold chocolate. When I was about 16 my jaw started growing again as I was moving from a brace to those plates and I said I couldn't be bothered with starting it all up again. I can get it done anytime for about $1000. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. smile

I sometimes kiss other people on the mouth and in their mouth.
Clean teeth enhance that possibility.
Can't do yuck mouth.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

I would definitely laugh nod

Actually I kind of agree. I had braces, and my teeth are a little unnaturally straight. Yes I'm not really attracted to a snaggleteeth, but a little natural imperfection is preferable to artificial perfection.

But that's pretty minor. If your teeth are clean I don't much care if they're straight or crooked.

Think of this....

while in a deep frenchkiss with that someone you like, your tongue scrapes the plague off her tooth and you end up spitting the grit afterwards because it feels like you have sand in your mouth.

That or the gums smell from all the plaque buildup.... like dead rat.

either way.... no thank you, if my feet smell better than his mouth, there is no way that I'll kiss him. Ever. feeling ill

I think the whiteness has gotten a little out of control, too. White is nice, but glowing is a bit unnecessary. Clean is the important thing.

Teeth don't have to be sparkling gleeming white but ya can't dig a dude that is all gums either or has multi-colored teeth that look like a mosaic tile painting.

I actually dissed a dude because his teeth were so sparse that they looked like six tic-tacs were thrown at his gums in a crooked line. eek Yellow-ish tic-tacs.

Yes but I bet if you smelled deadrat coming out her mouth you wouldn't even talk to her would you?

Breath and teeth are 2 separate things. Of course bad breath sucks. I have some yellow teeth which you would howl at, but that doesn't mean my teeth stink.

Imago

Yes and no.

I don't care that they are perfect. I don't care that they are completely straight.

But I do care that the person brushes and flosses. And in generally, from what I've noticed, folks in the UK do have bad teeth in comparison to Americans. But you also have far nicer asses, manners, haircuts, and accents in general. It's all a matter of perspective.

A few yellows is ok I guess, even a few crooked ones can be over looked, but some folks are scary.... but the big assed teefuses thing is alright in my book. lol

Umm... if you want me to kiss your mouth, your dental hygiene BECOMES my business, just like you would expect me to wash my coochie before you suck it.

well i don't want you to kiss me. i do brush my teeth btw. i am just stating the reason why people are not happy. they spend 24 hours thinking about other's faults. plus genitals aren't all about sex.
