Whats the longest you have ever ran?

I did a half marathon once for charity which is about 13 miles that was unbelievably difficult.

I used to do 10k's a lot. I've always wanted to run a marathon. Who knows if that will happen.

What are you talking about of course its ran as in the past tense. Its like someone saying well I run in the marathon 2 years ago its RAN. rolleyes lol

No, it isn't:

The present tense of run is run. The association members run a sloppy office.

The past tense is ran. I ran out of patience.

The past participle is run. I have run into resistance every time I’ve tried to solve the problem. She has run from her responsibilities.

The same applies in your situation.
