Hey Thready............ calling all chefs share your talent!

I would have said Cristopher but at least 8 I know would have responded. lol

Ok, So, working with the recipe you gave me which was a great hit a few weeks ago, I am marinating a whole chicken with a few twists ....I am using an abundance of fresh cracked pepper and I took a few tablespoons of raw pine nuts and toasted them in olive oil. ( I regretted not chopping them finely and tried to place them through my garlic press. no no no! This doesn't work so I dumped them on the board and chopped them finely. Which in retrospect I am glad of as they would have fried had I prechopped them in the hot oil.

drool

Stay tuned. wink

So what amazing recipes do you have for me to try people. My family likes food from all cultures... Hit me with your best shot....

Figures... on a Saturday night, the only call from a woman is for a recipe...

That tears it! mad

Try this for chicken marsala (Italian, of course). I do something like this (but I don't really mess with recipes anymore; I just do it. It's pretty close to what I do):

It's here.
