The Woman Who Lives Downstairs From Me Talks Spanish To Her Dog!

It's true, there have been several occassions when I have passed her outside while she was walking her dog, and I heard her speaking Spanish to it. wacky nutty nutso loser Other neighbors in this building have noticed this as well. I always knew that the woman downstairs was a wacko bitch, but this just confirms it. She's a real piece of work, lemme tell ya! lol disbelief No wonder her husband left her for some other woman! lol

Nope, I disagree with you about me being the one who is wacko. If you lived directly above this woman, as I have for the past 10+ years, trust me, you would say the same thing. Please don't pass judgement on me, when you don't even know me personally, or know the circumstances involved.

Yeah, something about commands in the native tongue, when that applies. How much different that makes, I dunno. shrug

Not just her talking Spanish, but just the way this woman acts, and the things she does. I could go on and on forever about it, but this woman just gets more and more weird all the time.

If you knew this woman, trust me, you would think it was strange! lol Guess I find it odd, because most people seem to talk to their dogs in English. shrug

Thanks, but I have no patience with this woman whatsoever. lol And I'm not in any financial position to move right now, so I'm stuck here.

except for people who speak spanish.

when i was little i took russian classes and my teacher would speak to her dog in russian because that was her native tongue.

it just is what it is.

Is Russian a hard language to learn? I'm part Russian (on my mom's side of the family). smile This woman's first language is English, but she is a Spanish teacher, so maybe that explains why she talks to her dog in Spanish. I think because I (and others in this building) find her to be odd, that it just adds to her weirdness. lol

You said English is her first language and she is a Spanish teacher? Well is the woman of Latin descent?

Because I don't find this odd at all. My parents speak Spanish to their dog. (but my family is also of Latin descent)

I really don't see what the problem with her speaking spanish to her dog is?
But I guess my dogs would be bilingual as I speak both spanish and english to them lol
