Sure there some ways that male and female tastes differ, but I don't think the split is as wide as a lot of people believe. A lot of the difference in sexual attitudes seems to be cultural as far as I can tell. None of this Mars/Venus nonsense. Europe/America maybe, but we're definitely on the same planet.
