It depends on the "beautiful" woman.

The stereotypes, of course, are that women with above-average looks are deficient in the intelligence department and less likely to be faithful and/or stick around.

From my observation, it seems that women whose identities are centered around their appearance don't tend to cope well with the aging process.

Of course, these statements could be applied to above-average-looking men, as well.

I think the key thing to remember here is that everyone's looks will fade eventually and - if you really feel you must make a legal commitment to hang around another homo sapien until one of you cacks - you should select a partner who appeals to you in ways beyond the shape of their bootius maximus.

But this is not what you want to know. What you want to know is "Do Ugly Women Make Better Wives Than Beautiful Women?".

The answer to this question is, "Of course!".

But how could a person be with someone they thought was ugly? If you love someone I don't think they appear ugly, and if you don't love someone, they're not so beautiful.

Most guys I know that are now married, married Plain Janes...especially compared to the women they used to date.

Gilrs who are considered plain janes often dress more modestly and wear less makeup but aren't really ugly at all.
