"Raising Jeffrey Dahmer" Redbox DVD

I rented this the other day. Its pretty good!

Its basically how his father and his his step mother had to deal with the media after the murders and they reflect memories on how he could have turned into a monster.

The father keeps questioning his role as a dad and trying to realise that his alcoholism and his weird life should have turned on some signals.

The murders and life have already been covered on "The Secret Life of Dahmer" (1993) and "Dahmer" (2003?), and it was a great take to see the other side and how the family was affrected by this. I rented it for $1 on Redbox. I recommend it!

Those of us who live in Wisconsin are more than ready to forget about him.

I know it sounds wrong but I'm really intrigued by true crime and serial killers.

Well, sirPsycho adds sex appeal to ANY thread I see.
lol

As for Dahmer, the thing that freaked me out the most is how normal he looked. Even handsome in some of his pictures. I always want to believe that I can look into someone's eyes and see their sould--their intentions. Dahmer proves me wrong.

Dahmer reminded me so much of my best friend, growing up. He even had the glasses. I messed around with this best friend so yeah, I kinda thought Dahmer was attractive, except for that whole eating people part.

Oh my god, did you watch the 4 hour movie on Lifetime? Best movie on that channel in a long time.

I saw a John Wayne Gacy T-shirt on a website a while back. They still have shirts out there. The topic is interesting from a psychological standpoint, but I'm curious to know how many people would actually buy a shirt with Gacy on it. It was a picture of Gacy during his "clown" days, with the slogan: "Available for Parties". I admit, I let out a chuckle when I first saw it, but I could never bring myself to get it.

You know what? I didn't. I have to look it up. I did see the 2 hour documentary on the whatever channel. I also read one of the book.

This guy is what I call a genetic serial killer. He is missing the gene that lets him feel anything. A true monster.

what about that movie citizen X? about the russian serial killer? or that more recent case of the guy who had been killing women for a while and killed a girl he worked with. when they caught him he was like oh I have killed 45 women eek

I will have to look up his name. One of my old professors wants me to teach an abnormal psych class in the fall, because of my facination but I'll need to do a lot more research before I can teach that class nod
