i take a long relaxing bath with candlelight, and just zone out...and not worry.then i watch a dvd, or write friend online. plus play a little music.

if it's a work-related 'bad' sometimes i will buy myself a present, to remind me of why i work in the first place.

if it's just a bad day for whatever reason a good long workout followed by a hot bath really helps improve my mood.

i hope your day has improved

I never really do anything deliberately to cheer myself up, it just fades after a while. I usually retreat to my room and cry and/or stew in it for a while. I'm usually cheered up when I read something funny on the net (many times on this site) or on tv.

And man is ur situation the story of my life!!! mad sigh
