No dumber than me hating tomatoes and liking ketchup & spaghetti sauce. I loathe onions with a passion. I've thrown away whole burgers & sandwiches before because restaurants would mess my order up and put them on them. The scent & taste of onions linger like crazy. I'm like you, I'll eat Funyons and things of that nature, like those French Onion Sun Chips.
