i'm feeling like a fat goon. right now. all day i felt awesome - i looked in the mirror and was all "damn, i lost more weight, i feel great" then my dad decides to tell me no, i'm getting fat. so now i look again. and he's right. there's no end to this. i'll never lose that 40lbs. I saw a segment on the news this morning about ideal body weight versus realistic body weight. We all know how we're supposed to work out our ideal body weight, right? The whole BMI, etc... Well, basically it said that if you eat a healthy diet and lead a healthy lifestyle without losing or gaining...you're exactly where you're supposed to be. The whole ideal body weight formula can go out the window at that point. If you have to work out like a madman and basically eat nothing to be some set size that you want to be...you're not being realistic. It was interesting for sure. | |

truth be told, he has helped out with that quite a bit, even he's been saying recently that i've lost weight (which in turn makes him want me more... viciously good cycle)... i dont think he's ever thought of me as fat though, mostly just thick - which he likes

[Edited 7/28/08 12:19pm] I suppose it's ok but openoffice is probably just as good for most people and it's free so you can use the left over cash to invest in the extra juice. You always can get iWork as a gift for X-mas or your birthday if you really need it. | |

i was feeling good now i'm just wondering if the people close to me think i'm fat and just don't say anything to "hurt" me.. my dad's an ass like that though i did feel good, and i thought i looked good too i have been shy from cameras lately.. i don't like how they make me look.. 
i'm having a minor dilemma i guess
