I cant get rid of the nasty painful throbbing sinus headache



any suggestions would be appreciated

i am now taking sudafed for sinus headache..not working

Sex, it wont get rid of it but it will take your mind off it

I get them A LOT!!! I used to take Advil Sinus for it when I was in the states.




I had surgery on my sinuses and still suffer.
It sucks!

Massage the pressure points that are in the flesh between your pointer finger & thumb. Really pinch into it until it hurts. Just keeping doing that over and over until you can feel the little ball get smaller.

I've heard the Neti pot also works nicely.

shut your eyes. Imagine you have a heart that is tingling and beating in the palm of your hands with each beat your palms get warmer and warmer. What this does is take the blood flow from your head into your hands and is known to cure headaches.

Take a hot, steamy shower.

Nasal Spray--I use a saline with no medication, but you could use a medicinal one.

Steam, like a shower

It's tough, though, I have trouble with these, too.

I want to try it but im chickin....
sometimes an allergy pill helps me.

A good idea too. I have to use it regularly.
The saline ones do help. I have also had better luck with the sprays that the dr prescribes to me than any pills or OTC sprays.
