my apartment was broken into last night... stole my damn laptop and dvd recorder while i was at work
police showed no interest/concern at all "it's just gonna get filed away, you won't get it back" fucker came in through the bathroom window off the fire escape...from the other apartment in the building. my neighbor's daughter having all the neighborhood low level drug dealers over for tea and krimpets. the mother said she had no idea...  | |

It's a terrible feeling.. It happened to me once and prior to that i could never grasp when people said that they felt violated, Just the thought of some motherfucker going through my things made me sick to my stomach.. | |

i know the feeling. just happened to me this weekend. took tv & remote. i am past angry now, just relieved because it could have been a lot worse. i have heard some awful stories since about what happened to other people. we can replace materiel goods. | |
