I'm waiting for the bottom to start falling out of the commercial real estate market. Land, especially in my area, is where it's at if you wanna keep it low maintenance. No insurance, just have it mowed 2-3 times a year, and you're good.

yeah we have but now we are about to do some improvements on it, so it will set us back again, but not too much. We don't have the title of it, since we still owe $1000s on another property too with the same loan.
