RIP Craig Jones!!!
CRAIG'S devastated girlfriend of five years, Karen Atkins (33), broke down in tears as she paid a moving tribute to the man who had become like a surrogate father to her nine-year-old twins.
Karen, who lived with Craig in Warmington, said: "He was charming, witty and fantastic. He was everything to me. He was my world. Among people that race, the accident is always the thing we talk about at the end of the day, the one we got away with or what happened here and there, it is kinda how we make sense of the stupidity.I met Craig a few times and we did the same, he was at a much higher level than me but it is kinda a common thing, i know he would be fine about people seeing his accidents as i would mine. Despite that he wasn't killed outright. He died monday in hospital. What he did was live to ride, he died doing something he loved, his death was exactly as he lived and he would not want to be remembered any other way. | |
