That's nothing - when I first moved to SF, I lived in the Civic Center area, and while walking to my place (across the street from the downtown library), I saw some homeless dude taking a big dump right in the gutter, and in broad daylight. In the same area a few weeks later, I saw a Vietnam vet in a wheelchair who was shooting at imaginary targets.
