I've heard of people when they catch a cold, or get a flu, their immune system gets so low their piercings get infected  what would SHE do?  OUCH!!!! | |

I have double-pierced ears, and when they used to get infected, it was not fun. Swelled up, itchy, oozing pus.  I can't imagine having 500 piercings getting infected, it sounds like awful.RIP, mom.
