somewhere between the musical obsession in "Mo Betta Blues" (my college roommate swore I was Bleek... er, womanizing aside ...), the roving reporter stuck on a curly haired woman in "Pelican Brief" and the debating/preaching mentor/organizer guy in "The Great Debaters."

Denzel's one of the few actors who's got my money before the film even drops. He reps well, God bless him.
