I saw "for fuck's sake" a lot, mostly under my breath I wouldn't call it a catch phrase. "good grief" I also say a lot

I use "At the end of the day!" A lot when trying to convince potential clients that my products are waaay better than the competitions!

I don't have a phrase ..well I don't think I do .....
but I do say crap and bloody alot
