There are lots of things I buy fairly regularly, but I tend to have an emptier fridge. I buy as I need things. I can't stock up, there's only one of me eating. Things tend to go bad before I use them up otherwise. Hence the produce mention above.

damn ice cream
about 1000 condiments

Fridge:

egg whites
milk
Fuze tea drinks
dried cranberries
mushrooms
gourmet salad dressing, mustard and chili sauce
pancakes
fruit for salads that I never finish
leftovers

Freezer:

Dublin Mudslide
green peas
whole/cut leaf spinach
grapes
Kashi/California Pizza Kitchen pizzas
Organic apple/chicken sausage
frozen seafood I keep meaning to eat up.

actually, the menus aren't really inside the fridge.

and egg whites are gross..no flavor...eggs need their yolks to be good.
