More all the time. My friend has a site where people can write tributes to the amazing women in their lives. I wrote this for my mom a few months ago.

Tribute to Genevieve Currie
How do you love someone more each day when you thought your heart for them was already filled? Genevieve, or, Mama as known by all who love her, is light to me even though her mind is dimmed by mini strokes suffered a year ago. I have always believed that our age wears as the miles traveled by our minds and bodies rather than the years counted and her life surely reflects a wise and aged elder, a spirit of 1000 years, not only her nearly 80 years of physical age. Grace, gentleness, a kind and giving nature, generosity and humbleness are her most compelling traits. She expresses deep gratefulness for the blessings in her life, and chooses to relegate the difficulties to the deepest darkest closet. The animals and children she has harbored over the years have experienced a pure and simple love ~ unconditional in its nature and demanding nothing in return. Her baking skills are legendary and the multitudes of birds she fed are noisily grateful at her windowpane. The good fortune to be her daughter is surpassed only by being her friend. Thank you, Mama for giving us all a standard for living. We love you.

She came home a couple of weeks ago (something they said would never happen) and is doing very well. She loves being home. It may be for only a few months or could be a few years. It depends on how the medications work.

she's a great lady and she was always very kind to me, and even though I was sure she would never remember who I was, she always did biggrin

Sure do. My mom died just a month ago and obviously it's still with me every day, usually every minute. Glad I have stuff like crazy Prince obsessions to temporarily occupy my mind!
