I was also aware in recent years that the first Taboo was consider one of the most controversial adult films of all-time due to subject matter of incest.

I've actually seen movies themed around incest...the problem is that if the movie is done well, the movie ends up almost being unbearable to watch . They aren't exploitative or lurid, and deal with the realities of that type of abuse in enlightening and intelligent ways.

You are also correct about Taboo above. A lot of it is played for laughs like when Kay Parker's mother character confesses to her best friend (played by Aunt Peg) and the friend gets so turned on, she has an orgasm right there. The mother is so annoyed that she storms out of her friend's place.

In an interview with Kay on the DVD, she says she naively took the part because she wanted to do it justice rather than have some other actress not take the subject matter seriously.

These Taboo porn series imply incest, but its obvious that no one in the video is related to each other. But there is a real-life sort of incest porn story. Amber Lynn got into the porn business in the 1980's, and she didn't tell anyone in her family for about a year before finally telling her brother that she was in the porn biz. He was shocked at first, but after being introduced to some of her porn buddies, he got into the porn biz himself as Buck Adams. They both made a huge number of porn movies before some big porn outfit wanted them to star together in a porn film. Retail experience is retail experience. A lot of employers in retail and customer service actually like to see things like that on a resume, because they know chances are you know how to deal with difficult or weird customers without getting frazzled by it.
