He is rising quickly towards douche status.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

The real douches are the fans/media types who think he walks on water. Favre uses this to his advantage.

Favre was great when he let his play speak for him. This circus, as Uptown rightly points out, is hurting his legacy.

Yeah, but he's a great player, first ballot HOFamer. Hey, Marino never won the SB, but he's one of the greatest QBs ever. I'm just tired of all the Favre golden-boy hero-worship.

that's more than most quarterbacks!

and:

* Most AP NFL MVP awards: 3 (1995, 1996, 1997)[66]
* Most consecutive starts by a quarterback (NFL): 253[4] (275 including playoffs)
* Most wins by a starting quarterback (NFL) regular season career: 160[4] (Regular season record: 160-93)
* Most career passing touchdowns: 442[67][68]
* Most career passing yards: 61,655[67]
* Most career pass completions: 5,377[69][4]
* Most career pass attempts: 8,758[4][3][70]
* Most career interceptions thrown: 288[67][71] Well, Reggie Jackson led in strikeouts! lol
* Most career games with at least three touchdowns: 63[46]

But I agree, listening to John Madden rave about him gets old

I get it. I fully understand what the 90's Packers teams would have been without him. You are right about the fans/media though. Specifically, the media. Those motherfuckers make you sick and damned tired of Favre.

I hope at least one Packer fan - my boyfriend - doesn't go suicidal over it. lol He loves the Packers, can't stand the Vikings. Even he wishes Favre would just retire already.

This just in.
ESPN just reported that brett farve farted at 8:00 am
this morning. lol

Yes i've been sick of this dude 5 years ago. I just don't get the lovefest
with the guy. And to think that there are a few analysts who suggest that
this guy is the greatest qb to ever play the game. I don't even put him
in the top ten based on the number of int's he throws. I don't even think this dude was better than troy aikman and i dislike the cowboys. I know i get tired of
turning on espn and every 5 seconds something about brett favre flashes
across the screen. One analyst whom i give credit for ripping favre is
stephen a. smith. He has been the only analyst with the guts to not give
him a pass and call him out with all his whining and selfishness about wanting to come
back and play. He made his bed so he should lie in it.

That's the part that is often overlooked by the media. If some other qb's
threw that many interceptions, they wouldn't even be considered a hall of
famer or the best qb in the game. Favre do us all a favor and call it a day.
The nfl will survive without you and so will the packers.

Here's something I found

Dan Marino 3.0% (252 ints ÷ 8358 passes)

John Elway 3.1% (226 ints ÷ 7250 passes)

Brett Favre 3.2% (288 ints ÷ 8759 passes)

Roger Staubach 3.7% (109 ints ÷ 2958 passes)

Bart Starr 4.4% (138 ints ÷ 3149 passes)

Johnny Unitas 4.9% (253 ints ÷ 5186 passes)

Bob Griese 5.0% (172 ints ÷ 3429)

Terry Bradshaw 5.4% (210 ints ÷ 3901 passes)

Joe Namath 5.8% (220 ints ÷ 3762 passes)

Nope. He's a crybaby. I wish he would stay gone. I've lost almost all my respect for him.
