I hear alot of people say Phil is an ok coach.That he had the luxury of Jordan/Pippen and Shaq/Kobe.I think he played a VALUABLE part in getting those ego's to work together.
I mean trying to keep Jordan,Pippen and RODMAN from going toe to toe was amazing,and the Lakers were not half as successful(post magic) before Phil became coach.

Phil is the shit,..he isnt underrated because everyone praises his coaching , accomplishments etc...he was a badass in Chicago and he's one in L.A. Phil is the man. Dont hate because of his successes. Thats childish. Game recognizes game.

Phil Jackson isn't underated. Can't even stand to listen to the NBC commentators call the games anymore.

IMO, i think he is underrated. i think he gets that rep for his style, i.e. letting the players play and guiding them instead of telling them what to do all the time.

but, i still don't like the lakers.
