Selling house, moving in with my tenants

Although the tenants won't know I'm the land lord (I rent out my flats through an agency), not sure what to expect, moving in with a bunch of students. What do you think? Would you?
Klopf, klopf!

Yes you may smile

I'm selling up whilst my pad is still holding it's value. I don't mind living with the tenants. I'll be in hotels for 75% of the time anyhoo.

Moving into the building or actually moving into their flat to live with them?

Kinda like, suddenly they hear a knock on a door and there you are in your bunny slippers with a blanket and pillow asking, "Hey guys, what are we having for dinner?"

are you using a management co for rent collection, problems etc.

also, could you hold back if you see them do something they are not supposed to like, causing condensation in the bathroom, not treating the place well, pets etc???

Yes, I'm using an agency, they find the tenants and they fix any problems. No major problems in the past three years, don't know what to expect....students.

Moving into the little self contained flat on the ground floor....communal hallway, garden etc.....so hopefully I won't be bumping into them that often.

Do you have court shows like Judge Joe Brown over there? I'd be watching for your episode.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

depends on what you are like personnally. my partner & i have rentals, just checked one and bathroom is full of mould from not opening windows for baths & showers. that is the kind of thing i mean, if you are conscious of damage that can be done for example, people banging doors and making dents in wall.
you would not be in a position to tell them not to do it.
