Not to mention that once a Walmart opens up all mom and pop shops disappear. But hey, they can always toss in the towel and work at wal-mart and live the american dream!

can you live off what they pay? I heard people had to have another job as well to support themselves

Most people can't survive on minimum wage, even if they have no dependents. The majority end up working 2 or 3 jobs, and a lot of people I know have had to find creative ways to make extra money on top of that, just to pay for basic expenses.

I'm going to track that H. Lee Scott, Jr. guy down and kick him in the neck. That's just fucking criminal. His "hourly" wage is only 4 grand lesss than I make in an entire year, and I'll bet that bitch never has to deal with beligerent customers.

No, I don't work at Wal-Mart, but close enough. confused

GottaLetitgo

Just went to three different Wal-Marts within an hour because I was trying to buy some new bikes for my girls. The parking lots were mostly hypodermic needle free. Apparently this Hannah Montana person has a few products with her likeness on them.

Where else can you buy toilet seats, tires, and bananas all in one place?

I wouldn't trust food bought at the same store as toilet seats.
