Even if an outfit is not something I'd choose, I like her attitude when she steps out, like, "I know, I'ma bad bitch." Often it takes the right mix of attitude and confidence wear some of these over the top couture creations and she's got it IMO.

She used to annoy the hell out of me, but she's kind of growing on me. She's such a weird sort of alien cartoon character now, that it's fun to watch. I don't really even care anymore about some of her get-ups that she dares to wear in public, no matter how horrid they might be. It just makes me chuckle. lol

When she smiles though (rarely happens) it's scary. shake

When a fashion-forward person steps out, folk are supposed to see a person in a cranking outfit... not just the cranking outfit. Vic's selection of garments is hit or miss, and rarely does her presence support her attire. She virtually disappears into her clothes like any given mannequin. shrug

I would think she was alright if she didn't look so plastic and her perma-pout is ick.

Some of the pictures of her earlier in her celebrity are very nice.
