Dazzler would be best for a short cameo in an X-Men movie....but before her they need Gambit in them! Receiving transmission from David Bowie's nipple antenna. Do you read me Lieutenant Bowie, I said do you read me...Lieutenant Bowie

as HER; I hope not....one of the LAMEST superheroines ever created. The idea of Dazzler may have been lame, but I think they did an excellent job salvaging the character. I loved her as an X-Man in Australia and the little triangle between her, Longshot, and Rogue. It was great to see characters like her, Polaris, and Havok who really didn't want to be superheroes, but kept getting roped into it against their will. http://marvel.com/news/mo...en_Trailer That looks fantastic! Rahne! Warren! Wanda! Pietro! Lorna! Spiral! Even Domino and Maverick! Wow! I'd love to see more New Mutants -- perhaps Cannonball, Karma, and Magik? My only complaint is... well, Wolverine. I just can't buy him as the leader. Still, I don't think I've ever been more excited for a cartoon! Woohoo! "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

I love the 90s TV show, though. But that's because I'm a helpless romantic and mainly for Teri Hatcher anyway.
No issue with me. Most comic book fans would actually agree with you. Most fanboys and fangirls hate Superman, even though, but for the success of the character, comics would likely not have been as successful as they became. And people are increasingly split on the movie, though I loved it as a kid. And Teri Hatcher was a big reason I loved Lois and Clark backinaday. I will have to disagree with you saying that most fanboys love the Lois and Clark TV show. That is considered the worst TV representation of Superman ever.

I agree 100% that Logan leading the team, especially with Cyclops on it, doesn't make any sense whatsoever. But Wolverine gets a higher profile to capitalize off his solo film next year of course.

This is set for late 2008, 2009. This is actually something of a continuation of the X-Men: Evolution cartoon from a few years ago. A lot of the same creators and voice actors have come back to work on it. From the premise, it sounds basically like a new jumping off point based loosely (or closely) on Days Of Future Past. I didn't watch the trailer (again), but I remember reading that both Professor X and Jean are gone or missing or dead (I don't remember). I thought that Cyclops was also gone, justifying Wolverine leading the team. Or maybe that since it was a XM:E continuation, and they were all basically teenagers in that, that Wolverine and Storm were the eldest, most experienced members and therefore the leaders in Xavier's absence. Sorry for the fuzzy recollection. It's been awhile, I wasn't paying much attention, and I can't remember where I read it Still, whatever the explanation, when this was announced a couple years ago, my heart sank at the fact that after 30 years, they finally just cut straight to the point and called a franchise "Wolverine & The X-Men" without even the pretense of making it a team thing. The description makes it sound a lot better, but the title still bugs the hell out of me. I wish they'd just do a Wolverine solo cartoon without having to sell the team short by giving them second billing.

Saw 'The Incredible Hulk' - not on the level of 'Iron Man', but I loved it. And I love how Marvel's tying their movies together. Everything will come together in 'The Avengers'. I think the lineup will be Thor, Cap, Iron Man, Ant-Man and the Wasp. Their first mission will be to neutralize ol' Greenskin.

Maybe most of the adult fanbase doesn't want that kiddie crap(especially for Batman). We had enough of that bullshit with Schumacher. Nolan has the franchise headed in the right direction.

Well, I'm an adult who doesn't think it's "kiddie crap." There should be more fun in the movies. A proper balance can be struck without going into Schumacher territory. Judging from Nolan's work so far, prepare to be disappointed. He's sticking with the dark, gritty, realistic tone, which is fine with me. WB learned their lesson - you won't be seeing the "Broadway Batman" anytime soon.
