Can someone help me figure out a T-shirt I saw at the Gap?

So, the Gap has a line of new T-shirts designed by various contemporary artists. One of them, designed by Rirkrit Tiravanija, reads...

hmm

Am I not appreciating the joke or some subtle irony -- or is there, indeed, some grammatical ghetto fabulosity going on here?

because you realize he might be onto something.
I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

I believe that t-shirt is just paraphrase of Dean Wormer...

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
