I have answered the question about your XPS twice.

If the day doesn’t end at 5:00 for me, then why was my salary based on only 35 hours per week? And why was it so incredibly important that in order to be considered for 40 hours per week, I had to come in at 8:30 instead of 9:00? Mike Powell cited federally mandated break times. I guess federally mandated break times don’t apply after 5:00 PM? If I am expected to work around the clock, why am I not paid around the clock?

You cannot pay someone a measly thirteen dollars per hour and expect them to endure verbal abuse, childish tantrums, unprofessional fits of cursing, the constant changing of a lunatic mind, and repeated blame for problems that they have not caused. I have interrupted dinner with my family, visits to sick relatives, my own children’s birthdays, and time with my husband in order to cater to your insane needs for instant gratification. I have been your public relations cover and saved countless business relationships that were threatened by your mood swings, tantrums and inability to listen to reason. No amount of money is worth the demeaning treatment you heap upon your employees. You do not get to own every hour of my day, and anyone that would allow you to is an idiot.
