I wonder why some of my relatives just can't accept that I'm single. It's like they expect me to be attached to someone at all times. I must have been asked if I had a boyfriend about 10 or 15 times this weekend and when I'd say that I don't, they'd ask why . How the hell are you supposed to answer something like that?

The thing with me is, I'd love to have a boyfriend right now. I've been single for about a year and a half and it was fun, but I'm ready for a relationship already. I just can't find someone! This past weekend, I threw a bridal shower for my younger sister. My relatives were all, "Wait, she's the youngest and your ass ain't married yet? What is that about?!! Why don't YOU have a boyfriend? " and I was all "I dunno ". These muthafuckas wouldn't shut up about it. This is why I avoid most of my relatives. I don't think there's anything wrong with being single, but they make me feel really bad about it.
