4 Miles an hour on the treadmill, inclined to the fullest every fucking day! Fucking 10-Minute Non-Stop Interval. I'm the same size as I have been for the past two years. 150-160lbs. is the ideal weight. I don't really eat much. This is probably not very manly of me, but I'm having a fucking meltdown/breakdown. A little too emotional, I suppose. Forgive me if that sounds condescending or chauvinistic of me. I'm just taking guesses.

I cleaned my fish tank today.... and I didn't kill any of my baby betas! whew

Was a little scared at first, but things were getting grimy, and I got some new liveplants to place in it too.... including a lotus plant and moss balls!
