it u can find some monkey chow at a pet store u soak it in warm water and ffed it threw a eyedroper , but it would be best if u let a pro handel it the animal rescue league would do this

MY FRIEND HAD FOUND A BABY BIRDS YEARS AGO AND DID MANAGE TO RAISE THAT LITTLE BIRD!!!
IT WAS SO COOL, THE BIRD WAS EVEN SITTING ON HIS SHOULDER MAKING HIS LITTLE ROUNDS AROUND HIM AND ALWAYS CAME BACK WHEN HE WAS OUTSIDE.

HE WAS PRETTY SUCCESSFULL WITH THE LADYS WITH HIS LITTLE FRIEND....

GOOD LUCK, SAVE THE BIRD AND YOU SAVE THE WORLD....

That's what people should always do first - try to put it back. I don't know much about birds but I do know that the whole 'can't touch it or the mother will reject it' is totally not true when it comes to birds and their young - they have a very poor sense of smell.
