Masters of the Obvious

Could they possibly be one of the most annoying people on earth?

Which leads to my next question.

Do you wear your thoughts in your face? Meaning, when someone says the most annoying, stupid thing are you able to just nod nicely or do you respond with a look that exactly expresses what you are thinking without being able to hold back? Do you just bust out in laughter when someone says something ridiculous.

I've been told that I wear my emotions on my face. Gets me into trouble.

I'm like you Erin ... it's always obvious what I'm thinking and I often end up in trouble as result neutral

I do both though more times then not I have a stone cold poker face. I guess most times I just do not find the need to even acknowledge ass like behavior with even an expression.

I am quite the master at stuffing any emotion and going blank - much like a light switched off. I enjoy that quality in myself

But again, I also allow myself total expression at times as well and that quality I enjoy as well

I seem to have an involuntary facial reaction. I've had a lot of people point out--and get annoyed by--my eye-rolling, which I don't do on purpose. I can't help it, though. I also get really red-faced at times. So yeah, my face is a dead giveaway for my emotions.

I have this problem too. I work in retail and when I get annoyed by something when I'm talking to a customer it shows in my face although I don't say anything. It gets REALLY annoying when the costumer points it out to me : "Oh, am I being too hard on you?" "Oh, am I annoying you now?"..... AAAARGH!!! mad

I am the same way. My facial expressions completely give away what I'm thinking and sometimes it gets me in trouble. I do the eye-roll thing without realizing, too. sigh I also have a tendancy to come across harsher than I mean to because of the tone of my voice. I have tried to be more conscious of it, but it's hard. sad

I get into so much trouble because I don't hide my reactions when people say dumb stuff....but it's hard to control when what they're saying is THAT dumb...

Apparently I wear other people's emotions on my face. I've been accused of making "bitchy" faces when my emotions are completely calm. shrug I don't get it.

yeah, i don't smile a ton, unless i am in an AMAZING mood, so people often think that i'm unhappy or pissed off at them. which, when you think about it, indicates the size of their ego if they think that they are important enough to make me frown all day long. confused

I used to be accused of giving people dirty looks all the time, but I wasn't...I was just squinting to try and see them because I never wore my glasses.
