Thanks for the kind words, Nick! The same goes for you, Mon and her sister Ta. I cherise all of you in my first memories of Thailand/Bangkok, I spent my first day there with you guys! Everytime I think of the moment where Mon almost got us killed trying to cross a 8-lane street full with chaotic BKK-traffic, I smile about the fact how chicken we were and Mon screaming at us to keep going. Your dry English commentary on the situation, shaking your head, still makes me giggle.
I believe I am still the only orger who can confirm that you are really the down to earth, funny & intelligent guy in person that you appear to be here on this site!

It was just so cool to hang out with you, and highlighted what a great guy you are. My best friend, I love the guy, but honestly it's tough being his friend with the 'unique' personality he has. I tend to spend a hell of a lot of time with Mon and her family and while I've met some cool foreigners in my time here I've also found myself drinking and hanging out with complete morons on many an occasion. Where I came out of my shell confidence-wise after first moving out here I've kinda gone back into a bit of a bubble. A happy, contented, ignorantly blissful bubble, but a bubble all the same. With you I felt instantly at ease and it was just so easy to get on with you as you're just the cool guy you are on this site and even more fun in person. You definitely seem to know how to have fun but you're easy-going and laid back with it.

I really hope you can get out here soon. Mon's good, thanks. All better it seems, for the time being, so we're really happy and contented right now. Ta will be back next month after staying with her bf in Switzerland for a couple of months so if you do get back here soon we could hopefully all go out again.

Threabare is also down to earth and great because he doesn't whack his laptop with softcovered books liker certain other orgers who shall remain nameless.
